This building was constructed in 1856 as the Wolford township hall. Legion Branch 245 moved into this space in 2012. Previously, the branch was located next door at 223 Main. In addition to regular dinners and dances, weekly activities include euchre, darts and yoga.
In 2023, the old town hall is also home to the Lions Club of Merrickville.
