The Guest Book for Crater of Diamonds State Park is just inside the Visitors Center. Look to the left as you enter the door; the guest book is on a table in the corner. There is also a Penny Smasher right there.
Crater of Diamonds State Park is the only open-pit diamond mine in the world that is open to the public. Guests are welcome to search for diamonds and whatever they find (within certain limits) can be taken out of the park. You can bring your own tools, or there is an equipment rental shed right at the diamond field.
