7-11 at N. Kelley and N.E. 23rd St. is located at the southwest corner of the intersection. This is an incredibly busy 7-11 location! This one has an in-house restaurant called Raise the Roost, specializing in Chicken & Biscuits. Parking at either the gas pumps or for walking inside was a challenge on our visit, but then we discovered there is an additional, large parking lot at the back of the building, with easy access to walk-in.
