This U.S. Army Corps of Engineers survey mark disk is located in the Bossard Nature Area of Woodcock Creek Lake Park about 6 miles north of Meadville, Pennsylvania. Although difficult to read, it looks like the disk is stamped "19F," and is only a few feet away from another disk stamped "18F." The marker is elevated about 3 inches off the ground on a pole, and is painted a fluorescent green color. The survey mark is very easy to find along the Bossard Trail. From the parking area on the north side of Route 198, follow the "Bossard Right Trail," which begins as a paved trail and heads toward the northeast. After a short distance, the marker will be on the left side of the trail. No description of the marker could be found on the NGS or USACE websites.
