This WPA culvert is at the southwest corner of the intersection of two unpaved country roads - southwest of Crescent, Oklahoma.

This WPA culvert is at the southwest corner of E 750 Road and N 2970 Road. What is odd about this culvert is that the entire assembly (concrete and tin horn) is sitting up on the embankment at the side of the road and does not actually appear to be functional. Did road workers remove it and just leave it here? Inquiring minds want to know. The top of the culvert carries the WPA emblem and the year 1930.
