This is one of several mausoleums encicrling Johnson Lake, in the southwest corner of Oak Hill Cemetery. The E. Mead Johnson mausoleum, one of several for that family, is on the south side of the lake. The entrance faces the lake. The entrance is guarded by wrought-iron doors, and there are small windows with wrought-iron bars on the sides of the mausoleum.
