This is one of several mausoleums encicrling Johnson Lake, in the southwest corner of Oak Hill Cemetery. The A. E. Small Mausoleum is on the southwest side of the lake, in a cluster of small mausoleums. The entrance faces the road. The front is protected by wrought-iron doors decorated with ornate scrollwork. The names of several members of the family are visible behind the door.
