This is one of several mausoleums encicrling Johnson Lake, in the southwest corner of Oak Hill Cemetery. The Hendricks Mausoleum is on the west side of the lake, in a cluster of small mausoleums. The entrance faces the road. This mausoleum is near the east end of the stone arch bridge that crosses the lake to Johnson Island.
