The Freemason Abbey is a historic building in downtown Norfolk that has changed hands over the years since it was originally built as a Presbyterian Church in 1873. In 1902 it became property to the First Church of Christ Scientist. In 1948 it became the meeting hall for the Independent Order of Odd Fellows. Then in 1988 it became a restaurant and tavern and still operates today. When one enters, they are transported into the past.
