United Church of the Nazarene - Henderson, KY - Church of the Nazarene on Waymarking.com

The Church of the Nazarene in Henderson was organized in 1925, and the current building was constructed in 1972. They changed their name from "First Church" to "United Church" in 1994. The church is listed on the web page for the Kentucky District of the Southeast USA Region, so I gather that they are still affiliated with the Church of the Nazarene dispite the name change.

The building is typical 1970s church architecture; red brick with an attractive blue stained glass peak. A plaque on the east side of the building gives the years mentioned above. You can find them on the web at their Facebook page.
