The final resting place of PFC Billy Franklin Mooneyham is at the north end of Pikeville City Cemetery. He was only 23 years old when he was killed in action in Vietnam. Two crossed rifles are at the top left of the headstone, a photo of him is at the center top, and the purple heart emblem is at the top right corner.
