This fine mural is on the south side of the Bossier Arts Council building. There are also several small abstract sculptures around the parking lot here.
An exhausted student has fallen asleep on a stack of textbooks and dreams of being at the bottom of the sea. His long hair drifts in the water and colorful goldfish surround him and his books. Aas the title suggests, there are lots of bubbles.
