"We're growing! We've registered 50 additional families since last year.
"We’ve exceeded pre-pandemic Mass attendance levels ("All Things New Parish Workbook," page 27).
"We're debt-free.
"We’re fostering vocations; according to "All Things New" vicar of strategic planning Fr. Chris Martin, “A vibrant Catholic community fosters their own vocations.” (St. Louis Post-Dispatch, August 28, 2022.) St. Gianna's parish community has already fostered three vocations (two to the priesthood; one to the diaconate) since the parish's founding in 2006.
"Our parish scored extremely high in belief in Jesus' Real Presence in the Eucharist. Of note, the bishops of the United States are asking for a "Eucharistic Revival" – a renewal "of devotion and belief in the Real Presence of Jesus in the Eucharist" ("All Things New" St. Louis archdiocesan website). The goal, according to the Archdiocese of St. Louis, is "to renew the Church by rekindling a living relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist." Guided by the holy example of our pastor, Fr. Timothy Elliott, and his reverence for the Eucharist, the St. Gianna parish community is solidly situated and ready to help our spiritual father, the archbishop, in this beautiful mission.
"Located in the St. Charles Deanery, we are the newest parish in the archdiocese in a booming geographical area (we invite you to come and visit our parish! For Mass and Confession times, visit http://stgiannaparish.org)." ~ Friends of St. Gianna
