This Starbucks opened on May 11, 2023, replacing the venerable location at Carroll Blvd and University Dr.

Hours of Operation: Sunday: 6 AM to 9:30 PM Monday - Friday: 5:30 AM to 9:30 PM Saturday: 6 AM to 9:30 PM Physical Address: 1445 W University Dr, Denton, TX 76201 Wifi Access: Yes Relative Size & Amenities: There's more room here than in the previous location. Tables and chairs run down the center of the store, with a big table in back, and comfy chairs along the wall. There's a covered patio on the west side of the store, a great place to watch bumper-to-bumper traffic, but maybe you'll catch a nice sunset occasionally. Drive-Thru: Yes Food and/or Lunch Available: Breakfast sandwiches, lunch, and snacks Review: This one has been in the works for some time now, but there wasn't much in the way of trumpets and horns to herald its opening. Mrs. QDV wanted a cold drink this evening, and we were surprised to see our familiar Carroll & University location missing from the Starbucks app, replaced by this one. Turns out that we'd missed the grand opening by a day. Same people, same great service we had up the road.
