The cast aluminium sculpture may be of a young girl with a upright fishing rod hauling in a large fish. It is mounted on a small concrete pad with the Myall Creek behind it. The following years are engraved with marks for the flood levels as follows:

* 2011: 3.74m
* 1956: 3.77m
* 1983: 3.8m
* 1981: 4.50m
