"Le colombier de Kerscuntec
Construit au XVIe s., il dépendait de l’ancien château du Cosquer, détruit en 1975. Il est acquis et restauré par le Conservatoire du littoral en 1989.
Selon une légende, les marais voisins seraient hantés par un cheval blanc, enterré en 1870 sous le colombier par le comte de Palikao (lors des travaux de restauration, le squelette d’un cheval y a été découvert)." Source et photos des boulins à l'intérieur : (

En 1990, le pigeonnier de Kerscuntec est réhabilité en observatoire. Point d’information et de sensibilisation, il permet au public de découvrir, autrement, le Polder. Toutefois l'accès n'est pas ouvert en permanence.

Built in the 16th century, it depended on the old Château du Cosquer, destroyed in 1975. It was acquired and restored by the Conservatoire du littoral in 1989.

In 1990, the Kerscuntec dovecote was rehabilitated into an observatory. Point of information and awareness, it allows the public to discover the Polder in a different way.
