ABOUT 2.05 MILES SOUTHWEST ALONG STATE HIGHWAY 691 FROM THE JUNCTION OF STATE HIGHWAY 90 AT WATERVIEW, AT THE SOUTH END OF A CURVE WITH TANGENTS EXTENDING SOUTH AND NORTHEAST, IN THE TOP OF THE NORTH END OF THE WEST HEAD WALL OF A 4-FOOT CONCRETE CULVERT, 14 FEET WEST OF CENTER LINE OF HIGHWAY AND ABOUT LEVEL WITH HIGHWAY.
