The Scout Association of Malta Island Head-Quarters is located in Congreve-Bernard Memorial Hall. The chief executive is Dr. Kevin Camilleri.
The large but somewhat ordinary simple building is hidden behind a very nice entrance gate. The first building was erected in 1932, but was destroyed during World War II. A new building was built on the same site in 1948.
In addition to serving as headquarters, the buildings are also used for accommodation when foreign scouts visit Malta.
The Scout Association of Malta was founded in 1908. They were officially recognized in 1909 as the first scouting organization outside of England.
