The Springfield Wesleyan Church is a one story high building with a gable roof. The main block was built of granite blocks in 1955 in the Romanesque Revival style. An addition with gray siding and a gable has attached to the west end of the church. There you will find on the north side a projecting two door entrance at ground level and a ramp leading to an upper entrance to the addition. The north side of the main block has four stained glass windows set within rounded arches
The east end of the main block facing White Street is has what once was an projection entrance pavilion a gable roof. The outline of a doorway framed by a rounded arch is visible but is now covered with granite blocks. Above is the inscription WESLEYAN METHODIST CHURCH. Flanking the former entrance are a pair of stained glass windows set within rounded arches. At the apex of the gable end is a cross set within and triangular area of gray siding.
The south side of the main block has four stained glass windows set within rounded arches and an auxiliary entrance in the addition at the east end of the church.
