The building built of limestone rubble and a iron roof opened on 9th April 1899 as Seventh Day Adventist chapel, with services advertised up to 1900. When its congregation dwindled, the hall was purchased in 1904 by Druids Lodge. Later became the premises of the Left Hand Club which had formed in 1951.
