Created behind the Church of Saint-Germain des Près in 1872, it bears the name of Félix Desruelles (1865-1943), sculptor who created the Pastoral fountain erected on March 15, 1925 in Chauvigny stone.

He houses:
- apparatus for children
- an Art Nouveau portico (1900), in enamelled sandstone designed by the architect Charles-Auguste Risler (1864-1937) and the sculptor Jules Coutan, to illustrate the use of products from the Manufacture nationale de Sèvres during the Exhibition universal of 1900
- A statue of Bernard Palissy, bronze by Louis-Ernest Barrias (hypothetically also created for the Universal Exhibition of 1900), a second copy of which is in front of the Manufacture nationale de Sèvres
- The Pastoral Fountain (1925), sculpture by Félix-Alexandre Desruelles
- a glass stele commemorating the memory of young Jewish children in the 6th arrondissement, murdered during the Second World War.
