This is a secondary treatment works which discharges into the nearby Georges River in times of high flow.

It is located some distance from housing which is appropriate for the odors which will be part of the treatment facility. It is not open to the public and their is little that is visible to the road. In recent years the works have been upgraded as a result of a significant spill which created a significant spill into the local river system.

It is not a large plant due to the relatively small population which it services.
