This fantastic architectural specimen was designed by Davis & Wilson in 1929. The Gothic Revival accents on this Art Deco structure blend so well. Charles Stuart, who studied engineering at UNL, adapted the building to accommodate a private club at the top, high-end offices and retail, and the Stuart movie theater on the ground floor (now the Rocco Theater). This beautiful building is now known as the University Towers. The four gargoyles are on the west side of the building.
