EN: This silhouette made of weathering steel is located at the entrance to the hamlet of Asp on the roadside.
It is an approximately life-size trumpet player. A little behind it is a crossed pair of skis with sticks.
I have no idea if this has any special meaning and why this sculpture is just here.
There is also no information about various other silhouette sculptures I have seen in the main village of Densbüren.
DE: Diese Silhouette aus Cortenstahl befindet sich bei der Einfahrt zum Weiler Asp am Strasssenrand.
Es ist ein ungefähr lebensgrosser Trompetenspieler. Etwas dahinter stehen ein überkreuztes Paar Skier mit Stöcken.
Ich habe keine Ahnung, ob das eine spezielle Bedeutung hat und warum diese Skulptur gerade hier steht.
Auch über diverse andere Silhouettenskulpturen, die ich im Hauptdorf Densbüren gesehen habe, sind keine Informationen zu finden.
