"This 50’x140’ corner lot has a Versa Lok concrete block retaining wall along the public sidewalk that spans the front of the lot. Seven stone steps lead from the street to provide access to the gallery. The small front yard is planted with shrubbery, ornamental grasses and flowers, and a landscape bed edged with brick snakes along the north elevation. Young trees are planted throughout the yard and the rear yard is partially enclosed by a wooden privacy fence. There are no outbuildings." ~ St. Charles Historic Survey  Phase IV, PDF pages 610-613
