The picturesque Menno Municipal Tank stands over the town of Menno, South Dakota a 19th-century Mennonite and Hutterite immigrant town, whose descendants still practice the faith today.
This water tower serves the citizens of Menno with fresh tap water, and a warning siren installed on the north leg of the tower also warns them of impending severe weather or summons the volunteer fire department.
