Above the entrance pavilion roof is a pediment with an arched window in the center. Rising from the center of the building is an octagonal dome topped by an octagonal cupola with a tapered roof topped by a cross.

Seven bays on both sides of the entrance pavilion had rounded windows on the first and second levels and rectangular windows on the third level. At the roof there are four dormer on both sides of the entrance pavilion. At each end of the building there are four story high wings that project to the east.
