According to local tradition, the belfry dates back to 1701 and stood on the original village in Hrdlorez. That's probably why the place is called "in the village" to this day. Until recently, the semi-trailer was surrounded by outbuildings.
The bell tower was declared a cultural monument. It stands on a cylindrical masonry plinth topped with three tiers. Part of the prism is bifurcated to hold the bell rocker. The belfry is crowned by a conical shingle roof. After the First World War, the belfry underwent a thorough repair - dilapidated wooden parts were replaced with new ones.

Original bell:
A bell with a figural relief from the beginning of the 18th century was hung on the rocker. On one side he carried an illegible writing and on the other the Virgin Mary with Jesus. The local residents still have a vivid memory that its sound announced the death of one of the citizens of Hrodložerz. The bell survived several wars that requisitioned anything metal for military purposes. It only succumbed to a raid by scrap metal collectors who stole it years ago.
The current bell is just a copy and works as a decoration.
