I recommend reaching this marker from parking along Cow Creek Road near the gate at N44 32.980 W105 23.015. From the gate, travel cross-country at a bearing of 165 degrees for 0.67 miles. The marker is directly adjacent to a T-post and about 30 feet to the south-southwest of a mature pine tree.
