Miguel Vega de la Cruz, más conocido como "Niño Miguel" (Huelva, 27 de enero de 1952 - Ibídem, 23 de mayo de 2013), fue un guitarrista español, hijo del también tocaor Miguel Fernández Cortés (Miguel el Tomate) y la onubense Ana Vega de La Cruz. Es considerado, a pesar de la inconstancia de su carrera, uno de los grandes intérpretes del flamenco. Aprendió a tocar junto a su padre y siendo un niño ya le acompañaba en el canto en tabernas y las calles de Huelva. En los años 1970 su forma de tocar causó sensación. Obtuvo en 1973 el premio de honor del 'Concurso Nacional de Guitarra de la Peña' Los Cernícalos de Jerez y la Televisión Española le dedicó un especial en el programa ‘Raíces’. Falleció en Huelva por complicaciones de una neumonía y problemas intestinales.
Miguel Vega de la Cruz, better known as "Niño Miguel" (Huelva, January 27, 1952 - Ibídem, May 23, 2013), was a Spanish guitarist, son of Miguel Fernández Cortés (Miguel el Tomate) and the Huelva Ana Vega de La Cruz. He is considered, despite the inconstancy of his career, one of the great interpreters of flamenco. He learned to play with his father and as a child he already accompanied him singing in taverns and the streets of Huelva. In the 1970s his playing caused a sensation. In 1973 he obtained the honor prize of the 'National Guitar Contest of La Peña' Los Cernícalos de Jerez and the Spanish Television dedicated a special to him in the program 'Raíces'. He died in Huelva due to complications of pneumonia and intestinal problems.
