The Southwick Historical Society has owned the house since 1990. They have been restoring the property to open to the public as a museum.

The Roger Moore House (private), 20.4 m. (L), erected in 1736, is a two-and-a-half-story, gabled house with a central chimney.

The main house used to have a chimney. It must of been removed when the Southwick Historical Society restored the house. It is now open to the public as a museum.
