This lively roadside pair of dinosaurs locks eyes with passersby on a grassy slope beside a motorcycle parts shop in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. To the west, an orche-colored triceratops faces the road, it's light brown eyes shining behind bright white horns. Jaws fiercely agape, a green tyrannosauroid menaces in the opposite direction. Each wears a leg shackle and a not-so-mighty set of droopy chain stanchions surrounds the pals...on three sides...for everyone's safety and peace of mind!
