If one is ever driving on Delano Drive, they will not miss this hideous house. While it is patriotic with its American symbolism and some religious undertones, it is beyond normal for a house in any neighborhood. The paint colors, eagles, flagpoles, statue of liberty, weird post with orbs and gravel yard with bushes all culminate to what can only be described as urban hell. While one may not take exception to it, it is hard to say it fits the neighborhood.
Value Differential: Other houses on the same street seem to be priced 50k more than this house.
Side Note: This house oddly has a car dealer twin known as Caspian Auto Motors(3902 Richmond Hwy, Stafford, VA 22554), which is also owned by the same person.
