Leonard Stout Hall
Born in 1824, he served in the VA legislature before the Civil War. A delegate to the 1861 Richmond Convention, Hall voted in favor of secession, and he aided Confederate efforts in Richmond during the war. Hall returned to WV postwar and resumed his law practice. He was a member of the 1872 Constitutional Convention and served thereafter in the legislature, dying in 1875.
