This stone memorial cross dedicated to the dead of World War I is in the church yard of Hessle All Saints Parish Church.

The church is quite close to the junction of Swinegate and Vicarage Lane and the memorial is between the church and the roads.

According to the church website it was dedicated on 12th July 1921.

It is in the form of an Octagonal Latin cross and shaft on octagonal plinth and single step. There is a dedication on the base of the cross.

Sometime after WWII the dates of that war were added below the main inscription.

The remaining seven faces of the plinth are inscribed with the names of the dead and according to the church website they are as follows.
