Vladimir Lenin was born in Simbirsk, Russia on April 10th 1870. He died on January 21st, 1924, in Gorki, Russia.
As founder of the All-Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks) and leader of the Bolshevik coup d'état (1917), Vladimir Lenin created the Soviet Union. He served as the first and founding head of government of Soviet Russia from 1917 to 1924 and of the Soviet Union from 1922 to 1924.
Along with Karl Marx, Lenin created the communist worldview.
