I stayed here in July 2022 for several nights while attending San Diego Comic Con. Very comfy and nice clean hotel, despite the very sketchy area. It has a small single elevator with roof access and great views of the city. The plaque says, "Historical Landmark No. 468 The Riviera Apartment Hotel 1927 The City of San Diego"
