A 20' long by 15' wide by 3' high stone block rectangle is filled with landscaping stones and contains a twisted beam from the World Trade Center Twin Towers and a flag pole. Each are surrounded by hedges.

A granite plaque in the southeast corner of the rectangle is inscribed:

DEDICATED TO THOSE WHO LOST THEIR LIVES ON
SEPT. 11, 2001
AND THE LIVES LOST IN THE CONTINUING WAR ON TERRORISM
SEPTEMBER 11, 2011
