This Vietnam War Memorial is on the south edge of Riverside Park. The memorial consists of three monuments; one names several veterans who were lost in that conflict, and the other bears a quote by John F. Kennedy. The text on the central black granite memorial plaque appears within a star; the five points of the star each contain a seal of one of the Five Armed Services.
