A life-size fiberglass horse painted by Gary Borse is installed outside the main entrance just south of the carport on the east side of West Marion Community Hospital in Ocala, Florida. The artist used a deep orange as the base color and shades of turquoise to present the animal's skeleton. A metal plaque is mounted to a concrete slab on the ground by the horse:
