A life-size fiberglass horse painted by Gary Borse is installed outside the main entrance just south of the carport on the east side of West Marion Community Hospital in Ocala, Florida. The artist used a deep orange as the base color and shades of turquoise to present the animal's skeleton. A metal plaque is mounted to a concrete slab on the ground by the horse:

From the artist's web page: "Mistaken Identity is a shaman, a healer, with fire and ice combined as yin and yang to calm the soul as well as fire up emotions to an atomic level. The power and vibration of color can help heal many maladies of the heart and soul.
I painted this horse for the tenth anniversary of Horsefever Ocala.
He can be seen at West Marion Community Hospital in Ocala. An anonymous donor purchased him for the hospital to display."
