Turtle Rock sits above the cabin when you are at the terminus of the Sharp Top Mountain Trail. There is a marker that points out Turtle Rock, however, the best view is just east of the marker.
Getting to Turtle Rock requires a 3 mile round trip on a strenuous trail. Well worth the views and seeing Turtle Rock.
