A treehouse painted green with yellow trim is supported by and surrounds a pair of trees in the John Street yard of a private house in Providence, Rhode Island. Though enclosed by white stockade fences and tall shrubs, the residential corner property offers clear views of the structure from above at Thayer Street, too.
The single-story, six-sided tiny house looks to be at least 12 feet off the ground. Horizontal wood siding is dark green and the trim and porch posts deep yellow. Its hip roof is clad in cedar shakes. Access is by a wooden ladder on the south side. A bay window, also covered in weathered wood shingles, faces east. Operable pane windows fill the north, east and south sides. Along with the southern porch, there is an east-facing roof-top deck with a wood and rope railing.
