"Crowning the entrance is an arched, single-pane, wood framed glass transom which rests below a semi-circular brick arch capped by a cut-stone, extrados archivolt trim. In turn, the trim terminates in paired cut-stone acanthus leaf-embellished label stops. The springers of the arch rest on a pair of squat, Composite styled engaged columns which sit on fluted cut-stone plinths. The shafts of the columns are of brick, while the torus and capitals are of cut-stone." ~ NRHP Nomination form
