The clock has a white metal face with roman numeral numbers made of black painted medal. The hands of the clock are also made of black painted metal.
The building with the town clock is the Garrard County Courthouse located in Lancaster KY. It is a two story building with a tower above the second floor that houses the clock. At the top of the tower is a gold plated dome. In the front of the courthouse there are four columns holding up the front porch roof. There are three windows in the front on the second floor and two large windows on the first floor with the entrance door in the center.
The Courthouse hours are Monday—Friday: 8:00AM–4:00PM
