Dedicated on April 12, 2019 this time capsule was incorporated as part of the unveiling of the Charters of Freedom display, a permanent display depicting the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the Halifax Resolves.
Located near the historic courthouse at 44 King St the cast bronze plaque for the time capsule is inscribed:
