Photos taken on 12 November 2022. The monument consists of a bronze plaque at the base of a nautical flagpole in the veteran section of the cemetery. The flagpole stands about 25 feet tall at the highest point in the cemetery. The plaque says, "With grateful recognition for all who have served the cause of freedom in the armed forces of the United States. The flag flies in memory of El Toro Memorial Park"
