Cascade Falls are located at the end of a 2-mile (one way) hike from the parking lot on Cascade Drive.

There are two options to get to the falls, the lower Stoney Falls trail which is primitive and scenic, or the Upper Stoney Falls trail which is a paved trail and much less scenic. Both trails parallel the creek up to the falls, taking 2 miles one way. Once at the falls, there are many spots to sit and soak (literally) up the view or even get wet and go for a swim as this is a popular spot to go swim.
The falls themselves are considered one of the most beautiful in Virginia and well worth the 4-mile round trip.
