The ALDI store projects off the northern end of Marketplace Warner - a bit like how a raised thumb projects up, when giving 'the thumbs up'! And indeed the photos show that there is only a sliver of connection to the shops to the south. This store has a flat-roof on a rectangular base, with ochre and grey tones. A flat metal awning extends over the entrance and the trolley bays.
I was forgetting that many Queensland ALDI stores close early on a Sunday, as I got here just after they had closed! Even the Marketplace and its supermarkets had shut up shop. Both are easily wheelchair accessible.
There are over 500 car parking bays available in the untimed car park, with over one third being shade covered. The car park is easily accessible from either Samsonvale Road or Old North Road.
