This nicely crafted bicycle tender is stylistically sculpted in the form of a bicycle. The unusual feature of this tender is the front wheel which is the logo of Rotary International.
The Rotary Club of St. John launched its Bike Project in 2020 in order to encouraged the use bicycle transportation. They placed this bicycle tender in the busiest commercial street in St. John. They also collect and restores bicycles to donate to people who need them. The project began as a way to keep people active during the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic.
