The NGS description for this benchmark does not clarify what structure once sat behind the staircase landing in which the benchmark is set. The concrete steps sit in the southwest corner of the junction of State Highway 86 and County Road 105, and the benchmark is set in the southwest corner of the landing. A witness post has been placed directly adjacent to the mark.
